Graceful Grooming, 63 School Street, Oakthorpe, Swadlincote DE12 7RE, is responsible for the personal information you give us.

What we collect

When you request a booking: your name, phone number, email address, and your dog's name, breed, size and any notes you add.

Why

Only to arrange, confirm and manage your dog's grooming appointments and contact you about them: confirming your booking and reminding you the evening before. After your first visit we'll send one email asking if you'd like to leave a Google review; we only ever ask once. We don't use your details for marketing and never sell or share them, other than with the services that run this website and send our booking emails.

Remembering your details

If you tick "Remember my details on this phone" when booking, your name, phone, email and your dog's details are saved in your browser on that device only, so the form is filled in next time. They're not sent anywhere until you book. Use "Not you? Clear them" on the form, or clear your browser's site data, to remove them.

How long we keep it

Booking records are deleted automatically 12 months after the appointment date. Requests that don't go ahead (declined, cancelled or not confirmed in time) are deleted within 90 days. If an email to you fails to send, a note of it (your email address and the subject) is kept for up to 30 days so we can follow up.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing graceful.grooming@outlook.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
